Women Build 2023 Sponsorship & Registration

Women Build Week is an annual fundraising event for the Sea Island Habitat for Humanity during which women from around Charleston take turns building a Habitat home for seven days. All funds raised for this event will go towards the cost of building materials for this home and we hope to hit or exceed our $75,000 goal this year! They build alongside one another, as well as our current and future Habitat families. It's a great chance to learn the basics of construction, form friendships, and accelerate a Habitat family's journey toward their first home! Upon purchasing your entry ticket, you will be prompted to select your preferred shift(s). Each entry ticket allows for two build shifts. The house will be built on Katy Hill Road in Wadmalaw. The build will last from Saturday, March 25 - Saturday, April 1. Shift one will run from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. We will break for a Habitat provided lunch from 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. and the second shift will run from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Tickets for this event include a t-shirt, lunch and two building shifts.
If you are registering to be a sponsor, each sponsorship gets complimentary entries to the event. This year we are also doing something special to raise more funds for this incredible fundraiser. We will be running a peer-to-peer fundraising event! If you are a sponsor and would like to encourage your participants to also fundraise, please reach out for additional information! There is no additional cost to you or the participants, it just allows them to raise a little extra to help us meet our $75,000 goal. All proceeds will go towards the building materials for the house you are helping us make possible!
